Designation: Sales Manager – BL & LAP

Location: Chandigarh & Ludhiana

Salary Range: INR 5.5 – 7.5 LPA

About the Client:

Our client is a Delhi based Corporate registered with RBI as a Non-Deposit taking Systematically Important Non-Banking Finance Company having external rating A Stable from CARE. They offer a wide bouquet of loan products i.e., SME Financing, Loan against Property, Unsecured Business Loan, Personal Loan, Receivable Financing, Medical Equipment Finance and IPO finance etc. to meet the growing credit requirements.

Job Description:

• Responsible for origination of Business Loans / Loans Against Property.
• Responsible for setting up the distribution network for financial products
• Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through network
• Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service
• Investment structuring and documentation
• Empanelment of DSA’s and maintaining good relations with them
• Build and manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans
• Regular interactions with Seniors in NBFC
• Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC
• Determine ongoing product evolution/development priorities.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports

Skills Required:

• Good Communication skills
• Fluent with MS Office usage
• Well versed with local market
• Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills – Ability to speak with conviction using data and logic.

Competencies:

• Graduation in any Discipline is Must
• Candidates having MBA (Finance) will be preferred
