She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Delhi School of Economics and a postgraduate degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi.

Her expertise spans the entire HR spectrum, including Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Mergers & Integration, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Retention Strategies, and Succession Planning. She has successfully led people practices across multicultural and global business environments.

Pragya began her career as a Management Trainee with SAIL and has held leadership roles with reputed organizations such as DK, iBilt Technologies, Mentor Graphics, Yatra.com, and Cardekho.com, where she served as Chief People Officer.

Known for her approachable leadership style and strong interpersonal skills, Pragya is a passionate people professional who enjoys reading, traveling, meeting new people, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Damini Agarwal, M.Psy HRDM

Damini is an HR professional and entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Consulting, Learning & Development, and organizational transformation. She currently leads Vardhanam Consulting and has previously served as Head – HR at Pyramid IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pyramid Consulting Inc.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resource Development and Management (M.Psy HRDM) from the University of Allahabad. Her expertise lies in building and strengthening HR frameworks for high-growth organizations, with a particular focus on Performance Management Systems that enable employees to achieve their full potential.

Damini is also a visiting faculty at leading management and engineering institutes and has actively contributed to the HR profession through research, industry studies, and the organization of a National HRD Meet on “Building Proactive Organizations.”
