Job Summary:

AVP/ VP – Business Development will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, performance, and revenue generation dedicated to our client’s lead conversion. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, achievement of key performance indicators, and sustained revenue growth.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the partner and internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals, drive revenue growth, and ensure effective call centre operations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze call centre performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead conversion rates. Implement strategies to enhance agent productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with the partner’s key decision-makers, serving as the main point of contact. Address any concerns, ensure clear communication, and proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of call centre managers, supervisors, and agents to achieve performance targets. Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to foster professional growth and excellence.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Regularly report on key performance indicators and operational results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline operations, enhance lead conversion rates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while maximizing revenue generation.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
