Position: Manager – HR (Generalist)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 8 – 10 years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM (HR)

Salary: Rs. 8 LPA – Rs. 10 LPA

Role: The professional would be expected to Head – HR for the Indian company and be responsible for coordination with Group Company entities overseas. Exposure to handling overseas key management resources would be a preferred choice.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Payroll, Induction, Hiring, Company Policy, Attendance, Retention, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Business Head to establish the Annual Recruitment Plan. Decide the Manpower Planning and Budgeting for various positionsbased on the competency and experiences and Partner with the Team for ‘Talent on Demand’ through continuous engagement in the selection process.
  • Responsible for End-to-End HR activities; Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, Liaise with Recruitment Consultants & Leadership Teams for staffing, Creating Manpower pipeline, Employee on-boarding, Documentation and Leveraging social media for Employer brand building.
  • Ensure the KRA / KPIs are aligned with the Annual Performance Review Process.
    Contributing towards identifying Human Capital Process & Policy transformation in line with Human Capital strategy and business goals.
  • Set objectives, coaches/mentors, assesses performance and addresses skill development for direct reports. Develop high-potential individuals for succession into critical positions.
  • Implementation of different HR Business Policies to attract and retain employees.
  • Work on Organisational Development strategies and objectives.
  • Communicating & engaging regularly with business stakeholders to effectively embed the change regarding Processes and Policies.
  • Attrition Analysis and Feedback sharing with Business Managers for action planning to manage attrition levels and increase engagement.
