Position: Team Leader – Business Development
About the Client:
Our client is a Delhi based reputed leading Brokerage House, providing services for the past more than three decades in the field of Financial Advisory, Stock Broking and Wealth Management. They provide a wide variety of services to their clients including Asset Management, Portfolio Analysis / Monitoring / Risk Management and offering Consultancy on individual concerns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Generates new clients through inside sales channels; cold calling, sending Emails & preparing the documents for customer requirements.
- Revenue generation, meeting assigned targets, MIS reporting, maintaining healthy relations with clients.
Job Duties:
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities for database generation and management.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events & publications.
- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying & evaluating various investment tools; examining risks and potentials; estimating clients’ needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing, negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person;
- Contacts potential clients through inside sales; provide information about new developments & investment opportunities, establish rapport and set up meetings Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting.
- Constantly keep up to date a detailed pipeline and opportunities within the CRM system
Salary: INR 5 lpa – 10 lpa
Experience: 5 – 8 years
