Position: Sr. Manager – Commercial

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: INR 10 – 14 LPA.

Experience: 7 – 8 years

Education: MBA (Finance) / B. Tech (Electrical / Mechanical/ Civil)

Preferred: Responsible for setting up and enforcing billing & and commercial policies, managing accounts receivable, maintaining the tender process, and ensuring that all billing-related tasks are completed on time and accurately maintaining the tender process.

 

Job Role:

  • Handle Billing & Account Receivable Department and manage the complete Tender / Bid Process i.e., Techno-Commercial Bids
  • Develop and implement commercial, billing strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Oversee the preparation of statements & bills and follow up with the Auditor for documentation signing for participation in tenders.
  • Handle Banker’s Inventory Audit Renewal Data of debtors and ensure item-wise billing projections are coordinated with the project team.
  • Manage the Claim of taxes and price variation from the client and would be responsible for the study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
  • Billing “Target vs actuals ‘’ review & and prepare a report and share with related persons and prepare Project-wise billing progress analysis.
  • Responsible for Quantity Calculation, Cost Estimation / Rate Analysis from BOQ.
  • Prepare Bid Documents Checklist, Compile, edit, and proofread techno-commercial bids that contain technical content and designs ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner.
  • Determine the scope and timeline of new bids. Lead and coordinate the preparation of the bids and ensure that other contributors provide information on time.
  • Deal with Bankers for the Preparation of BGs and relevant documents from partners for Pre-& and Post Bid process completion.
  • Handle post-tender demonstrations, clarifications, and contract negotiations, and arrange required information/documents from concerned departments.

 

Key Result Areas:

  • Knowledge of Billing of EPC sector/power distribution / Transmission/ Railway OHE/ Civil project /Business Development, Project Bidding, Project Costing & Project Execution.

 

Skills Required:

  • Project Management, analytical skills, problem-solving, time management, team management, and leadership with the ability to drive a team.
  • Expert in advanced Excel and accounting software Tally.
