Position: Corporate Sales Manager / Regional Head – Insurance Broking

About the Client:

The Foundation of our Client was laid in the year 2008 with an aim to establish one of the premiere financial services conglomerates in India. The Group provides one-stop solution for fund raising solutions and financial advisory services through its Merchant Banking & Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Project Management and Insurance Brokerage arms.

 

Experience: 5 – 8 year’s prior experience in other Insurance Broking company.

Qualification Required: Post Graduate / MBA & Licentiate / Associate in Non-life are desired.

Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai.

CTC: As per the market standard. (Indicative INR 7 – 10 Lakhs).

Job Description:

  • To source business from large corporate with an annual premium potential of above Rs. 50 lacs.
  • Responsible for their individual as well as Teams top line and bottom line.
  • To prepare business and manpower budget in consultation with HO.
  • To formulate business strategy and future expansion on the basis of feedback from various regions.
  • Liaison with Insurance companies to get better quotes from market and accordingly providing best terms to the client.
  • To update the Head- Commercial on daily basis with all aspects of business operations in their region.
  • To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA.
  • Experience of various Insurance verticals like Property, Marine, Burglary, Liability, Employee health & benefits, Infrastructure etc. (Employee Benefits, Property, Marine and Fire).

Qualification Required: 

  • Post Graduate / MBA.
  • Licentiate / Associate in Non-life are desired.
