Position: Associate Vice President – Corporate

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: INR 11 – 14 LPA.

Experience: 5 – 7 years

Education: CA / Inter CA / MBA in Finance / Economics / Statistics

Preferred: Relevant experience in Corporate Finance / Analysis / family office / corporate restructuring related compliances / MIS preparation along with a deep understanding of management / board level reports.

Job Role:

• Coordination & compilation of group companies business data.
• Preparation of family office verticals processes with controls in place.
• Work on Corporate realignments.
• Analysis of Financial statements & statutory Compliances.
• Periodical MIS reports & management Dashboard as required.

Key Result Areas:

• Collation of all group companies’ business data.
• Preparation of family office verticals processes with best market & compliance practices.
• Analyze existing business structure with management & create their periodical reports,
• Ongoing critical analysis of activities with internal audit tools.
• Interact with various stakeholders for the completion of business data & other compliances.
• Devise and implement the family office periodical MIS reports, keeping in mind business & management requirements.

Skills Required:

• Domain knowledge & experience in corporate realignment & restructuring related compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of the mergers, demergers, restructuring, and related regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis, advanced excel proficiency, proficiency in preparation of presentations and various other related tools in the preparation of MIS reports.
• Highest level of ethical integrity
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• The Candidate should have worked in corporate finance verticals with in-depth knowledge of corporate restructuring etc.
• Knowledge of investment instruments & analytical outlook on various options.
