Education: Graduate / MBA preferred

About the Client:

Our client is a full-service broking house, which is a corporate member on NSE of India & BSE of India & a Depository Participant with CDSL. It also offers commodity trading on the MCX thru its group company.

Job Role:

• Manage sales & achieve client acquisition, revenue & brokerage targets from Demat/Trading A/c’s & other products
• Lead, manage & motivate the Sales/RM team to generate new clients, maintain relation with Retail & HNI clients
• Monitor individual/team performance & take corrective actions where required
• Coordinate with Operations, RMS, Compliance for smooth client servicing
• Client escalations & resolution

Desired Profile:

• Exp. in Stock Broking or Wealth Management in team handling position
• Strong in Equity, Derivatives, Demat & Trading A/c’s
• Track of achieving sales & revenue targets
• Strong client acquisition & relationship management skills
