Position: Head – RMS (Stock Broking only)

Qualification: Graduation/Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting

Salary: 6 LPA – 10 LPA

About the Client:

Our client is a full-service broking house, which is a corporate member on NSE of India & BSE of India & a Depository Participant with CDSL. It also offers commodity trading on the MCX thru its group company.

Work Experience:

Candidates must have 5–10 years of proven experience in the stockbroking industry, with strong exposure to securities operations and Risk Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Margin Verification: Conduct margin checks in N Mass during market hours.
• Fund Allocation (BOD & EOD): Ensure allocation of funds at the Beginning & end of the day
• Limit Violation Monitoring: Track and address limit violations in the trading terminal during market hours.
• Client Limit Management: Open trading limits in XTS for clients as required.
• Open & Close client accounts in the XTS Terminal.
• Client Mapping: Maintain accurate client mapping records.
• Intraday Fund Allocation & Segregation: Allocate funds intraday during market hours.
• Fund Segregation: Ensure proper segregation of client and proprietary funds.
• Shortage Reporting: Report on fund shortages in N Mass.
• Margin Reporting: Report margin positions in N Mass.
• Peak Margin Monitoring: Monitor and report peak margin shortages.
• ID Creation: Create and maintain Pro and Dealer IDs.
• Fund Payouts: Process payouts of funds for client and proprietary accounts.
• Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor risk exposures during market hours.
• Intraday Risk Actions: Conduct intraday monitoring and initiate square-up actions if required.
• Trading Backup: Maintain trading backup of client activities post 4:00 PM.
• Experience in third-party clearing like Globe & SMC.

Desired Profile:

• NISM-VII  Securities Operations & Risk Management (SORM) certification
• Take ownership of the tasks, make decisions in line with the prescribed guidelines & ensure all stakeholders are informed
