There are no rules for effective Resume Writing however, one can try and minimize the errors or mistakes which creep in while working on the Resume.
A few to take note of…
- Try to eliminate spelling mistakes and grammatical errors like tenses etc.
- Avoid using First Person Pronouns like ‘I’, ‘Me’, ‘my’ etc.’
- Use a logical step by step structure and format your resume wisely
- Be truthful, accurate and creative
- Use bullet points to list out job responsibilities
- Do not crowd the resume instead make effective use of white space, make all the sections stand out clearly.
- Customize your resume depending on your industry, career stage and personal brand, Optimize effectively!
