Education: MBA (Finance)

Experience: 2 – 5 years

CTC: Rs. 3.6 LPA – Rs. 5.4 LPA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our fund management team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily processes, including trade monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting. The successful candidate will support various asset classes and contribute to automation efforts and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily trade and process monitoring, P&L reporting, and manage ad-hoc exceptions and queries.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of positions, trades, cash, NAV, and fees.
• Support clearing and settlement processes across multiple asset classes, including Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, and Commodities.
• Assist in automation efforts and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations within the fund management department, ensuring that organizational goals and strategies are effectively implemented at the operational level.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated operations, facilitating communication and collaboration across different teams.
• Track and analyze key portfolio performance measures to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all necessary data is accurately recorded and maintained for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Finance or other related fields.
• Knowledge of financial markets and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends.
• Aptitude and desire to learn new things quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel is must, including Look-ups, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Statements.
