Position: National Sales Manager
Location: Central Delhi
About the Client:
Our client is registered with RBI as a Non-Deposit taking Systemically Important Non-Banking Finance Company having external rating A Stable from CARE. They offer a wide bouquet of loan products i.e., SME Financing, Loan against Property, Unsecured Business Loan, Personal Loan, Receivable Financing, Medical Equipment Finance and IPO finance etc. to meet the growing credit requirements.
Purpose: He will be responsible for overall management of the PAN India which consist of multiple branches and hubs.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate/MBA with 15 years to 20 years of relevant industry experience,
- Only from NBFC (SME Lending Background only). We are strictly not looking for candidate who worked with DSA at any point of time in career.
Job Description:
- Developing & implementing effective sales strategies, using Market data, trends to establish sales goals.
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Enable to work in business expansion on PAN India level.
- Establish policies as per the business trends and requirements.
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
- Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC
- Determine on-going product evolution/development priorities.
- Handling a Sales/Product team of 70-100 people.
Desired Skill:
- Sound knowledge of finance and accounts and of respective Market.
- Sound knowledge and experience on digital alliance.
- In depth knowledge SME business (SME LAP/ WCTL)
