About the Client:
Our Client is the wealth management arm of a leading Financial Services Group which provides a 360o approach towards Wealth Management, Corporate Treasury Management and Balance Sheet Advisory. These services can be customized according to Client’s needs. Behind this, we have a strong team and decades of experience in major asset classes e.g. Equity, Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities and Real Estate.
Key Role: Handling Core operations of financial arm including NBFC, Wealth Management, Fund Management and other associated arms.
Key Result Areas:
- To work in the operation team
- Responsible for executing / coordinating operational activities like – Account opening, Transaction jobs, disbursements, repayments, Collateral management, fund management, AIF activities, co-ordination with Banks, DP& other institutions in relation to operational activities
- To coordinate with other verticals in relation to the operational activities
- To work on Fraud Loss prevention& Due diligence for the department
- Preparing and Maintaining MIS’s of operational activities.
- To grow and support business diligently.
- Impact Client Experience by maintaining operational jobs TAT
- Quality Control and Policy/Process Compliance
- Responsible to adhere to all related Policies & Processes
Required Skills:
- Domain knowledge & experience on operational jobs in Retail and Corporate Loans &Exposure in other financial services like – Wealth Management, Fund management, Advisory, PMS etc.
- Relevant knowledge of Financial Market and various Industry segment.
- Should have handled all relevant financial services jobs.
- Understanding of various operational risk parameters
- Adept in Stakeholder Management
- Good Communication and writing skills.
- Must have Hand-on Excel skills
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Operations (NBFC / Wealth Management / PMS / AIF)
Salary Range: Rs. 5 – 7 Lacs p.a.
