ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is an early age VC backed startup in India’s EduTech Sector. We will be building interactive learning experience platforms and services to be used across various products.
Key Responsibilities Area:
- Leads a project end-to-end and collaborates across functions. Drives planning and manages the development team.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver results.
- Must be responsible to meet launch and delivery deadlines.
- Becomes a go-to person in multiple areas. Provides technical mentoring to the team.
- Communicates clearly, gets clarifications, and establishes expectations for all parties.
- Write high quality code & unit tests- builds, tests as per agreed timelines.
- Follows and promotes SDLC best practices: Coding standard, testing, code reviews, code comments, documentation etc.
- Keeps key stakeholders informed about progress and problems; avoids surprises.
- Contributes to tech recruitment efforts.
- Exhibits excellent teamwork and helps achieve team goals.
Key Competencies:
- Strategic planning of technological resources: To research and create strategies, improve an IT infrastructure planning and fine tune an Engineering team effort to align with business priorities.
- Project Management: Overseeing the flow of work, design stable processes using best practices and methodologies.
- Entrepreneurship mindset: Delivering a competitive advantage through ownership & entrepreneurial mindset.
- Cost management: Capex and Opex budget management with efficient Vendor management.
Eligibility:
- 3+ yrs. of exp. In leading teams and delivering products to an engaged user base.
- 5+ yrs. of exp. in product driven organization and web platform development.
- of handling multiple products.
- Exposure to EduTech domain.
Salary: Up to Rs. 28 Lacs CTC.
