Product:  MSME Loans

Experience: 7 – 10 years of relevant experience

Qualification: PG with prior experience in MSME Loan Sales.

Salary Budget: INR 15 – 20 Lacs

Desired Role: The position requires a motivated Sales professional with a deep understanding of MSME Loan Business who can engage with prospective leads, convert the pilot project and take it to the next level by building up business and team to generate the projected numbers in future.

Job Description:

• Responsible for client acquisition based on the lead generated digitally for the segment.
• Identifying and researching on probable clients and building out a client list of MSME Customers.
• Reaching out and meeting the probable clients and understanding their Loan requirements. Work with the client to successfully close the deal.
• Drive New Client Acquisition of MSME loan customers.
• Networking and driving business with all sourcing channels to provide leads.
• Doing coordination for successful loan application and disbursement.
• Hand-hold Customer Service both pre and post sales.
• Achieving Goal sheet numbers as per KPIs.
