About the Client:

Our client is a B2B online marketplace for coal buyers & sellers. They were founded on the values of T.R.U.S.T (Transparency, Reliability, Unbiased, Service, Thorough), that form our core.

We have been running bootstrapped for the past 3.5 yrs, having around 2500 SME clients onboard with us across 26 states with a GMV of almost 40 Mn USD last financial year. We have solid international partnerships and are often engaged by international media for our valuable inputs.

Role:

The Android developer is responsible for the development and maintenance of mobile applications. Your primary focus will be the development of the Android platform and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Identifying bugs and solving application problems, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Proven working experience in Android app development and has published at least one original Android app

Requirements:

• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Experience on Android, 1-3 Yrs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: Up to INR 5LPA

Desired: Exposure on Kotlin, JAVA, Redrofit, Volley & MVVM
