Role Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end trade operations including OTC settlements, reconciliation, documentation, and coordination with depositories (NSDL/CDSL). The role ensures smooth execution of stock transfers and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle OTC trade settlement and ensure timely closure.
• Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and accounts.
• Manage trade documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with NSDL/CDSL for demat transactions and corporate actions.
• Execute and monitor stock transfers and related processes.
• Operate on NDS platforms for trade reporting and settlement.
• Liaise with counterparties, custodians, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in trade operations/settlements.
• Strong knowledge of depository systems (NSDL/CDSL) and NDS.
• Attention to detail with excellent reconciliation and documentation skills.
