• Experience: 12-15 years
• Education: Tier 1 College (B. Tech / B.E.)
• Professional exp: Product Start-up exposure must
• Salary: INR 50 – 55 LPA + ESOPS

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s strategy from technical aspect to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal targets.
• Create overall technology standards & practices and ensure adherence
• Track, analyse, monitor and report the progress of various projects
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to device necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communicate technology strategy to Partners and Investors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of system architecture, design, and development
• Hands on experience with complex project management
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Proactive problem solver
• Attention to detail.
