POSITION DETAIL:
We are looking for an analytical, customer-focused team player who will own the Process Quality and user experience on the platform. This candidate will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities of improving customer experience or saving operational costs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and develop the business objectives in terms of user experience and customer service parameters for broking business
- Build upon out disruptive Proposition and processes along with creating communication points with customer directly or indirectly.
- Lead the competitor analysis and gaps with in the business operations in terms of offerings, platforms and processes.
- Identify avenues of process improvement to save upon operational costs or reduce turnaround time for servicing.
- Builds communicative, constructive and effective relationships throughout the organization including Business team, Operations, IT and Marcom for effective process changes in the time efficient manner.
- Should be able to deal with new concepts and complexity comfortably. Examines process issues carefully and thoroughly and understands their interdependencies. Can pull information and ideas from many sources and see the importance of many factors.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- MBA with 6-10 years of experience in Stock broking domain
- Experience in drafting Online processes or business transformation for stock broking business
- In depth understanding of broking business operation and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of Process Improvement frameworks like Sig sigma will be preferred.
CTC: Rs. 10 – 12 LPA
