Pragya Kumar, MBA – HR

Pragya is a MBA in HR from Delhi School of Economics and a Post Graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University, She is a committed HR professional with 25 plus years of comprehensive work experience in managing  and driving strategic initiatives for the entire range of HR domain activities as, Manpower Planning, Selection, Mergers & Integration, Training, Engagement and Retention, Performance Management and, Succession Planning, across different cultures, national and international, and different industries as Manufacturing, Information Technology, EDA, and E-Commerce.

She started her career as a Management Trainee with SAIL and has worked with organizations such as DK, iBilt Technologies, Mentor Graphics and Yatra.com.  In her last assignment, Pragya was working as  Chief People Officer with Cardekho.com.

A mother of two, Pragya is an outgoing person and a good listener. She loves spending her time reading, meeting new people, traveling to new places, watching movies, and spending time with her friends and family.

Damini Agarwal, M.Psy HRDM

Damini is an entrepreneur with more than 2 years of experience at the helm of Vardhanam Consulting. Prior to this she has worked as Head – HR for Pyramid IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. a fully owned subsidiary of Pyramid Consulting Inc. She has over 11 years of experience in leading HR Initiatives, HR Consulting, Training and Corporate HR Functions for IT / ITES organizations.

She holds a Masters of Psychology in Human Resource Development and Management (M.Psy HRDM), from Allahabad University with a proven track record in establishing HR practices in growing entrepreneurial setups.

She specializes in designing and implementing Performance Management System which focuses on enabling employees to perform to the best of their abilities. She is a Visiting faculty to various Management and Engineering Institutes. She has organized a National HRD Meet on “Building Proactive Organizations”. In addition, she has been associated with various studies conducted on diverse HR subjects for various organisations.

Behavioral Training is a passion to her and she strongly believes that individual behavioral traits can be harnessed, which facilitates the learning process and leads to great success stories.

Mukul Bhartiya, Inbound Marketer & Personal Brand Architect

Mukul Bhartiya is a Consultant working in the field of Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Inbound Sales, BD, Personal Brand, Retail Re-engineering and Analytics. He is also a trained Neuro Marketing and Behavioral Economics professional, CBT Life Coach, NLP Coach, Martial Art aficionado and a Photographer.

Navin is a professional practitioner with more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience at the helm of CA Firm ‘Navin & Co.’ at Delhi / NCR. Prior to this, he has been associated with several corporate businesses in the Delhi/NCR region, working at various decision making positions in finance and administration. Overall, he has served for more than two decades in the profession and industry.

Navin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a certified D.I.S.A. He is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce of Delhi University from where he completed his B.Com (Hons).

She is a Social Media Enthusiast who has been actively involved in Online Sales using diverse Digital platforms.

Abhay Kumar, Co – Founder

Abhay is spearheading HR Consulting, Recruitment, Resume Writing, Business Development and Operations for the last 5 years.

He has over 24+ years of experience in HR Consulting, Recruitment Solutions, Resume Writing, Mentoring, Branding and Business Development. He has been an entrepreneur with 13+ years at the helm of Teamvision Solutions a Delhi based Manpower Consulting company with clientele in both domestic and overseas market.

Abhay is widely known across the industry and has a great reputation across Capital Market in India which had been the focus of Teamvision’s business interest. He has been a hands-on person spearheading the operations for the company and has a good connect with people across the board.

In his previous roles, prior to Teamvision, he has also worked with Thapar Groups IT venture iBiLT Technologies Ltd, Excel Infotech Ltd and US based AVS Systems Inc. and was instrumental in growing the business tremendously

Bhawana Singh, Consultant – TA

She is a Management Graduate from University of Mysore having passed out in 2016 and a BBA from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University in 2014. She is a go-getter with a flair for connecting with people.

Mitsi Verghese, Consultant – Interview Coaching

Mitsi is a BE (CSE) from Amravati University with 17+ years of experience in Sourcing and end-to-end Recruitment Solutions for Corporate in IT, ITES, Telecom and E-Commerce Sector. She is currently associated with Team Recruiters as Consultant – Training specializing in Interview Coaching.

She is a hands-on mother of two and after a sabbatical she experimented with training professionals from Travel and Automobile Vertical at a Vocational Training Institute in Cochin that is partnered by TISS – School of Vocational Education. She has conducted training sessions on Soft Skills and Employability skills for B. Vocational Students

She is a Post-Graduate in English Literature and was till very recently engaged in teaching and research due to her interest in PhD.

She has worked with Aditya Birla Minacs, Tech Mahindra Ltd and Speakwell English Academy as a Soft Skills Trainer for more than 10 years. As she progressed in her career, she was given additional responsibilities of handling “Operations Management” and this was the time when she was exposed to working with Hiring Managers i.e., Recruiting.

She loves spending quality time with her 8-year-old daughter, while traveling, baking and playing piano with her is how she likes to spend her spare time.

Kanika has earlier worked with UST Global, Aon India, and Elite Wealth Advisors as an HR Specialist while managing clients like Dell and Intel in her earlier role. She is a result-oriented HR professional and her ability to connect with people is a definite plus.

Apart from her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her 3-year-old daughter, travelling to new places, and spending time with friends and family.
