Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end logistics coordination, dispatch operations and timely deliveries. The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse, transporters and customers to ensure efficient, cost-effective and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch planning, vehicle placement, loading and deliveries.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure order readiness and timely dispatch.
• Liaise with transporters, drivers and customers for smooth logistics operations.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery with proper documentation, including invoices, e-way bills and delivery challans.
• Monitor transportation costs, vehicle utilisation and delivery performance.
• Ensure proper handling of food products to minimise damage, spoilage and transit losses.
• Resolve delivery delays, transit issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain dispatch records, logistics MIS and transporter bills.
• Ensure compliance with applicable transport and food-handling requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, dispatch or transportation management, preferably in food processing, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of transportation planning, dispatch documentation and transporter coordination.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic logistics reporting.
• Willingness to work from Raipur and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
