POSITION DETAIL:

We are looking for a suitable candidate for a Core leadership role who should be business oriented, customer-focused leader and will own the business growth parameters in terms of acquisition, activation and revenue for a Online Stock Broking and wealth products. As a thought leader he will also work cross-functionally to redefine customer experience and discover new opportunities for hyper growth of the organisation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for achieving business parameters including acquisition, activation and revenues for both direct and B2B business from broking and wealth products in a pure online manner
  • Building and managing both pre-sales and post sales teams
  • Responsible for customer experience
  • Devising strategies for revenue generation in new products
  • Guide technology and marketing teams for bringing in efficiency in processes and marketing efforts.
  • Leading a hypergrowth business plan for exponential business growth
  • Hands on with data analytics and competition mapping for giving a right direction to business efforts

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • MBA from a premiere institute
  • Min of 15 years of experience in Online stock broking or a discount brokerage business
  • Experience in running a pure online business model with minimal on-ground support
  • Experience in managing large size sales-oriented contact center’s.

CTC: 30 Lakh – 35 Lakh
