Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the clients’ needs and goes all the way to follow-up with both clients and candidates post recruitment.

Understanding the Organization:

To better facilitate the process, we interact with the key stakeholders to understand the organization’s history, culture and operating structure.

Develop the Position Specification:

The position specification document is prepared based on our discussions. It describes the key success factors and priorities of the position, as well as candidate specifications including competencies, experience, background and personal traits. The position specification once reviewed with the client serves as a guide in determining who fits in the role.

Identify Suitable Candidates:

Targeted Search

We identify a list of target companies and individuals who are to be contacted to assess their potential fit with the position requirements and check on their interest in the position.

Database Review       

We go through our database and identify suitable candidates for the position.

Each candidate will then be assessed individually on merit and may be evaluated comparatively with the entire candidate pool.

Evaluation and Shortlist:

Based on our discussions with each candidate, we will draw up an initial list of shortlisted professionals. This will be done after a detailed evaluation of the candidates in terms of their skill sets, experience and their interest in the mandate.

Interviews:

We will arrange and coordinate interviews (telephonic / video conferencing) between the short listed candidates and the Clients representatives. On receiving feedback from the Candidates and the Client on the meetings, we draw up the final shortlist.

Reference Check:

We will conduct reference check should you so require, on the final candidate(s) you wish to hire, before the offer is formally extended.

Offer Negotiation:

We coordinate the employment offer rollout based on the client’s compensation policy.

Follow Ups:

We remain in touch and hand-hold the hired professional so as to ensure a smooth transition into the new organisation.
