Role Overview:
Join our All Women Team to achieve our Sales objective through personalised delivery and Customer-friendly model.
Sales and Customer Relation Executives are part of our new business model; Our Products to be delivered Fresh from the Farm to Customer Residences in Gurgaon.
As a Sales and Customer Relation Executives, the incumbents will be responsible for identifying potential Customers – building and nurturing relationships, and facilitating delivery of fresh products. Incumbents will also be a part of the team for conceptualizing campaigns, and activities at the Retail Outlets with a view to develop a warm working relationship with Stores and with Store Customers.
We visualise the following attributes in respect of members of this team.
- Graduates
- Well Spoken – with reasonable fluency in English
- Preferably Gurgaon based or adjoining Gurgaon
- Should know how to drive a two-wheeler
- Ability to build relationships of confidence with high end clients
- People friendly personalities
Preferred profile of the incumbents:
- 2 years experience of working in comparable work environment and responsibilities. However, Fresher’s with favourable personality traits will also be considered for this role.

Remuneration:
- Likely remuneration CTC: Rs.2.5 Lakhs – Rs.3 Lakhs plus performance incentives.
- Two-wheeler and running expenses will be provided by the Company.
