Position: Sr. Manager – Investments, Operations & Finance (Family Office)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 8 – 13 years

Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA in Fin.

Salary Range: Rs. 15 LPA – Rs. 25 LPA

Role:

• Managing individuals, HUF and companies regular accounts and finance operations with related activities
• Act as overall coordinator for Audits, Income tax and related statutory requirements for family ventures
• Coordination / Monitoring of various investments options.
• Regular involvement in any new investments / ventures and other operational activities of the family companies.
• Preparation of periodical reports & presenting Dashboards as desired by the Board.
• Preparation of business plan & projections for family ventures.
• Coordination for all compliance & legal aspects with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a one point of contact for family financial and compliance etc. related matters.
• Analyze periodical reports of finance, tax, audit etc. as applicable
• Create reporting models for presentation.
• Interact with various institutions / vendors for regular updates on proposed / existing companies/ operations and new opportunities.
• Analyze reports for management on various parameters for increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Timely Execution of various assignments with minimum lapses

Required Skill:

• Financial statements deep knowledge & experience in handling tax matters (direct & Indirect)
• In-depth knowledge of financial data analysis.
• Should have worked in desired areas with hands on experience.
• Understanding of regular banking and business operations & related aspects
• Understand financial and corporate compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in presenting the reports
• Highest level of ethical integrity
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
