Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead and scale the business across Debt Syndication, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Structured Finance and related financial services businesses.

The CEO will be responsible for building the next phase of growth, strengthening the firm’s positioning with corporates, promoters, investors and financial institutions, driving deal origination and execution, and building a high-performance leadership team.

This is a business leadership and P&L ownership role requiring a strong combination of capital-markets expertise, institutional relationships, transaction capability and entrepreneurial drive.
