Position: Manager – Sales (Capital Market / Trading Solutions)
Location: Mumbai (Prabhadevi)
Education: MBA / Graduate
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Salary: INR 12 LPA – 15 LPA
Position Summary:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
Responsibilities:
- Meet & exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new & existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport & establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- 5 – 10 years’ quota carrying sales experience in Capital Market Industry
- Experience & working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
Desired Skill:
- Industry exposure of Capital Market is compulsory.
- NISM Certification preferred.
