Position: Sales Manager – B2B / Institutional (Food Industry)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 4 – 7 years

Salary: Rs. 6 LPA – 8.5 LPA

Education: MBA – Marketing / BBA – Marketing

 

Role:

To lead B2B Sales activities for Nourya across Delhi NCR & Chhattisgarh, driving business growth through institutional sales, corporate partnerships, HoReCa, distributors, and other B2B channels. The role is a mix of business development, key account management, and market expansion.

KRA:

  • Drive growth across Institutional, HoReCa, Corporate & Distribution channels
  • Develop & execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, expand market reach & achieve volume & targets
  • Identify new business opportunities & manage existing customers
  • Work with marketing & SCM teams to ensure product availability, customer engagement & order fulfilment

 

Desired Profile:

  • Relevant B2B / Institutional sales exp. in Food & Beverage / FMCG industry
  • in BD, key account management, distributor management & revenue generation
  • Launch new products, develop new markets & build strategic customer relationships
