Position: Executive – HR

Location: Noida, India

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Education Qualification: MBA – HR

Joining: Immediate Joiners

Salary: Rs. 35K per month

Industry Preference: Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Posting job advertisements, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and selecting the most suitable candidates.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of candidates, Including tracking their progress through the hiring process.
• Preparing Reports on Recruitment.
• On Boarding /Orientation
• Managing the entire end-to-end Recruitment Process until final placement.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for the stakeholders, maintain complete Recruitment Matrix, joining reports, and should send them to management.
• Has to be responsible for collating the required salary documents of the shortlisted profile, seeking approval on the proposed offer, followed by background verification. It is important to follow the given SOP.

Position Requirements:

• Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition role is a must.
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidate should be proactive, hunger to excel, able to work with minimal supervision as well as connect with the Company’s culture, fast paced, etc.
