Our client is a blockchain-based SaaS company. We have created an innovative technology that connects lenders and merchants to help consumers finance the important things in life.

Desired Profile:

Currently we are on a lookout for amazing Engineers, one who will be writing some amazing codes and help us building even more amazing products! This role will have the responsibility to drive the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of integrated web systems in order to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apart from writing amazing codes, lead the organization’s strategy from technical aspect to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Manage team sprints and ensure operational efficiency for team.
• Managing timely delivery of commitments by providing necessary direction to team.
• Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal targets.
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to device necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of node.js experience.
• 4+ years of team management experience.
• Should have 8+ years of experience in building end to end full stack product.
• Experience with building production systems for a start-up or an Organisation.
• Good command over NodeJs and its internals is expected.
• Knowledge about ethereum blockchain desirable.
• Should be comfortable with RESTful web services/ APIs using ExpressJS.
• Should be comfortable with server-side technologies as well – Python, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Git etc.
• Should have good command over cloud infrastructure AWS (preferred), MS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Should have keen attention for detail and should be obsessed with building a good product.

• Should be willing to work in an agile start-up environment and take complete ownership of the assigned responsibility.

Salary Range: INR 40 – 45 Lacs CTC
