Sr. QA (WFH, AEST with Shift 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Position: Sr. QA (Australian Eastern Standard Time, WFH with Shift 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Salary Range (CTC): INR 15 LPA – INR 22 LPA

Location: Delhi / NCR

Joining: Immediate Joiners

Nature of Job: Fully remote, long-term, immediate

About the Role…

We are looking for an experienced (7+ years) Software Test engineer to work in fast paced teams. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be working closely with other members of your team and with other teams in the larger product group. You will be contributing to the testing and coordination efforts for multi-component Enterprise product release.

This role is based is permanently WFH and prefer candidates who are comfortable working in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

We are looking for…

• Design, development and execution of test strategy.
• Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
• Strong knowledge of agile development processes.
• Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with experience in the assessment and evaluation of technical requirements.
• Strong test automation capability across web, API and integration layers, grounded in solid API design principles.
• Proven experience embedding test automation into CI/CD pipelines and championing shift-left testing within delivery teams.
• Understanding of how quality engineering shifts when AI is part of the development process, including new risk areas and the points where human judgement still matters most.
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code and tests for correctness, coverage gaps and flaky or misleading results.

Tech Skills required for this role…

While we are using a broad range of tools, languages and frameworks we don’t expect you to know all of them but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success within the teams:

• API/ services-based testing using tools such as POSTMAN, SOAP UI etc.
• Selenium, WebDriver, Spec flow, Cypress, Playwright
• Test frameworks like Nunit / Junit
• C# / JAVA, JavaScript, SQL
• JIRA
• GitHub
• Azure / AWS
• Android, iOS
• ISTQB certifications
