Position: Business Consultant (Trading Platform)

Location: Mumbai (Prabhadevi)

Experience: 3 – 7 years

Education: Graduate

Salary: Rs. 6 LPA – 10LPA

Job Summary:

As a Business Consultant for the Trading Platform, you will play a crucial role in Client relationship management, Requirement gathering & analysis, handling escalations on the critical aspects of clients, facilitating communication between stakeholders, & ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the trading platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, Product Team & Operations team.

 Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed and actionable requirements for the Trading Platform from the customers
• Manage the clients’ escalations matrix, issue trackers, Bi-weekly calls with client for discussion on Requirements/escalated issues
• Stake holder management between the internal & external teams, ensure product delivery for which client has signed up the order form is implemented on timely basis which includes requirements understanding from client, provide demos, create Project plans for implementations, conduct product trainings, follow up with handover document to Operations & support team
• Support implementation and user training: Assist in the deployment of new features and functionality, provide user training and support during the rollout phase, and address any issues or questions that arise.
• Prepare product feature documents and user guides
• Knowledge of Institutional Trading Application
• Knowledge of Directional Algo (TWAP, VWAP, Display Size, POV etc.)
• Knowledge of Arbitrage strategies and Options strategies
• Knowledge of Electronic Trading

Skills:

• 3-4 years minimum industry experience
• Knowledge on Functional & technical aspect of Trading market Domain.
• Knowledge on capital market risk management system of trading applications.
• Requirement gathering and Analysis
• Project management and Implementation
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Effective client communication
• Expert in providing trainings & product Demonstration
• Knowledge on Functional & technical aspect of Trading market Domain.
• Understanding of financial markets and Capital markets – Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Commodity
