Perched on my balcony, enveloped by the chilly embrace of a rainy day in United Kingdom, I found myself transported through time as if watching a movie reel of the past few months unfurl before me. It felt surreal, almost dreamlike, to reflect on the whirlwind of events that had unfolded—a journey encompassing marriage, relocation to the bustling city of Mumbai, and the subsequent quest for job opportunities in this vibrant new environment.

In 2022-23, I embarked on a transformative journey when I was offered the remarkable opportunity to collaborate with TEAM RECRUITERS and ABHAY KUMAR Sir, in the realm of HR Consulting. Just as I began to unfurl my wings in this new venture, destiny beckoned me to embark on another adventure. Within a few short months, I found myself packing my bags, bidding farewell to my familiar surroundings, and venturing into a new city, a new locale, and a new nation—the United Kingdom.

Navigating the time difference while working from the UK for Indian clients posed a significant challenge. Yet, with the unwavering support of a dedicated team and mentors guiding me at every turn, even the most daunting obstacles became surmountable. In the face of adversity, opportunities unveiled themselves precisely when needed, underscoring the profound truth that with resilience and a supportive network, anything is achievable.

The advent of remote work has blossomed as a splendid opportunity for professionals particularly women such as myself, who harbor an ardent love for professional engagement, work-life balance and an insatiable wanderlust to traverse the globe.

Though the initial transition may have presented challenges for many, the undeniable truth has emerged: working from home boasts a plethora of advantages that render it a compelling and appealing career path for professionals, myself included.

One of the aspects I cherish most about working from home with Team Recruiters, is the ability to operate within my own comfort zone. It’s a delight to work amidst idyllic weather conditions and pristine air quality, circumstances that undoubtedly contribute to enhanced productivity and overall well-being.
